FINANCIAL AID expected to cover part or all of the bill for the semester may be used to reduce the outstanding semester bill for tuition and fees. If any amount is due after deducting eligible sources of financial aid, you will owe a bill to Montgomery College for the remainder. Please pay Montgomery College this balance by the scheduled payment due date.

If you have financial aid that is pending, or not yet credited to the account, for the fall or spring semester from eligible sources, you may request a CLASS RESERVATION from the Financial Aid Office.

Class Reservation Forms

A request of Class Reservation is a service that allows you to hold your class schedule beyond the payment due date. All required forms and documents must be submitted to the financial aid office in order to complete a Request for Class Reservation.

You must contact the campus Financial Aid Office in person, to request this service. A Financial Aid representative will review your documentation on file.

If you are unable to visit the campus for a Class Reservation review, you may pay the bill and any excess financial aid credited to your account for the semester not required to meet the bill can be sent to you as a reimbursement after the semester begins. If for any reason the student does not receive the expected financial aid, the student is responsible for all charges on the student account.
