 Pre-Registration is now closed. If you wish to attend the Symposium use the Symposium Printable Registration Form (PDF, )  and fax it to 240-567-1877 along with your credit card information, or bring it to the Symposium at 8:00 a.m on Thursday at the opening of the event and register and pay onsite.
