Most Classes Are Fully Online

Register for winter classes. All winter classes will be fully online in a five-week session.

Register for spring classes. Most spring classes will be fully online until at least spring break. Spring classes will be held in seven-week and 15-week sessions. See the frequently asked questions to learn more.

  • August 24: Official beginning of Academic Year; Faculty return for professional week
  • August 31: Fall semester classes begin. 
  • September 7: College closed for Labor Day holiday
  • September 12-13: Fall semester weekend classes begin
  • October 20: Advising day; No classes for students; Non-instructional duty day for faculty
  • November 25: No classes for students; Non-instructional duty day for faculty
  • November 26-29: College closed for Thanksgiving holiday
  • December 14-20: Final exam week
  • December 20: Official end of fall semester
  • December 21-23: Non-instructional duty days for faculty
  • December 24 – January 3: Winter break; College closed
  • December 21: Winter Online only classes begin
  • January 18: College closed for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday
  • January 22: Winter session classes end
  • December 21: Official beginning of spring semester
  • January 18: College closed for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday
  • January 19: Faculty return for professional days
  • January 25: Spring semester classes begin
  • January 30-31: Spring semester weekend classes begin
  • March 15-21: Spring recess for students and faculty
  • March 19: Spring break; College closed
  • May 10-16: Final exam week
  • May 17-21: Non-instructional duty days for faculty
  • May 21: Commencement; Official end of spring semester/academic year
  • May 24: Official beginning of summer sessions
  • May 31: College closed for Memorial Day holiday
  • June 1: Summer session I classes begin
  • June 21: Midsummer session classes begin
  • July 5: College closed for Independence Day holiday
  • July 12: Summer session II classes begin
  • August 20: Official end of summer sessions
