The Gryphon
About Us
The Gryphon is an online, Germantown-campus-based student literary magazine that features original student poetry, fiction, photographs, and artwork from all disciplines.
Our Mission
Our main goal is to provide students with the opportunity to publish their creative
work and to design the magazine’s appearance, organization, and content. As content
creators and editors, students contribute their literary and artistic work to The Gryphon to be appreciated by the Germantown campus community, which will also allow the College
to recognize their talents. Additionally, it will enhance education and student growth
and offer students another opportunity to be recognized for their creative work beyond
the classroom.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions are accepted for an online edition to be published in the spring semester. Below are the requirements students must meet:
- Submissions must be original creative writing or artwork.
- Original work submitted for classes can be submitted to the magazine.
- Writers and artists need to be MC students.
