Engineering Talk Series

  • Thursday, March 21, 2024, 3:00–4:00 p.m. in SW103 (inside the Ackerman Learning Center) on the Rockville Campus.  Miss Jessica Gallo will give a talk, “Fire of Electric Vehicle Battery: Prevention and Rescue”.  Ms. Gallo is a Montgomery College student who works as an intern at Fire & Risk Alliance and is conducting research in this area.  She is planning to transfer to UMD Fire Protection Engineering this fall.  Snacks and water will be provided.
