Campus Buildings and Facilities

We are working hard to get our buildings and facilities ready as we prepare to welcome more students and employees back to our campuses.  

For now, students can come to campus for scheduled classes, appointments, and some walk-in student services. Check with the office or department before coming to campus. See Student Guidance for more information.

Wifi is available in designated on-campus parking lots and parking garages for your convenience.

Employee workspaces will be available as employees return to on-site work. Employees should see Employee Guidance and check with their supervisors for more information.

For information about a specific campus or building at the College, please contact the Facilities Helpdesk for your campus or location.

The Office of Facilities is finalizing work to fully reopen buildings, following Montgomery County guidance and CDC Guidance for Institutions of Higher Educationnew window, which includes direction for cleaning, disinfecting, and ventilation. All College buildings have been and will continue to be disinfected and appropriate levels of air ventilation maintained.

Facilities Use and Rentals

Limited use of outdoor facilities or athletic field rentals has resumed. Maximum capacity will align with Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) restrictions and RTCAT guidance. 

As of August 2, 2021, indoor facilities rentals and community use can begin. Maximum of 25 capacity or larger as dictated by evolving Montgomery County DHHS restrictions and RTCAT guidance. 

Please submit all requests to the campus schedulers for consideration. Go to Campus Facilities, choose a campus, then select Room Reservations for details. 

Priority for space utilization requests will be allotted in this order:

  1. Emergency public health usage of College facilities, such as the GT vaccination site;
  2. Academic  classes and laboratories;
  3. Athletics and Collegewide internal use;
  4. External/community use. All external rentals must abide by the College's current post-COVID-19 occupancy  standards for that particular space.
