Cleenton Raphael dreams of becoming a construction manager, and eventually a superintendent in the construction field. Cleenton is pursuing his associate’s degree at Montgomery College and is studying Construction Management. While attending MC, he is also gaining great professional experience working for Clark Construction at the Twinbrook Quarter project on Rockville Pike. His course work and his work experience – include learning about the impact sustainable buildings have on our environment.
With a lot of hard work and the support of the Presidential Scholars Program (PSP), Cleenton is on a path to achieve his professional dreams. PSP has been a great source of inspiration in Cleenton’s journey. Not only does PSP provide financial assistance, but the program provides a strong foundation for Cleenton to push through some of the challenges college life poses. With the aid of great mentors, coaches, and workshops, Cleenton’s confidence has increased and his goals are one step closer to becoming a reality. Generous donors like you can help more students like Cleenton pursue and complete their education and prepare them for today’s workforce.
