Montgomery College Records Retention Schedule By Office/Department
The last year in which the College Records Retention Schedule was approved was 2003.
Periodically, College offices and departments are to revise their unit's portion of
the record retention schedule to reflect any changes in organizational structure and
changes in records managed by the various offices and departments. The revision of
the retention schedule is completed in accordance with the College Policy #68004,
Modification #003: Records Management. The policy requires that the College establish
a Records Retention Schedule and specifies that after college records have fulfilled
their business purpose and are no longer useful, they are to be systematically disposed
in accordance with the records retention schedule and procedures.
The College offices and departments are listed below in alphabetical order. The date
of last update to the schedule is listed for each unit.
