2020-2021 Presidential Innovation Leadership Institute
The Presidential Innovative Leadership Institute (PILI) is designed to offer faculty,
staff and administrators the opportunity to participate as a cohort to enhance or
advance their level of leadership. Through a series of six sessions, PILI aims to
build senior-level leadership capacity within the organization by enhancing the knowledge,
skills, and overall competencies of the participants.
