Description
This course is designed for students who have successfully completed the Hospital-Based Certified Nursing Assistant Classroom. You will apply basic nursing skills learning in the classroom and laboratory practice on patients in the acute hospital setting. Basic computer skills are necessary in the environment along with teamwork and communication skills with team members. After successful completion of the classroom and clinical sections, you will receive a certificate of completion from Montgomery College and be eligible to apply for Certified Nursing Assistant certification through the Maryland Board of Nursing.
