In this two-day program, gain powerful coaching skills and knowledge to motivate, and develop your team and others to achieve better performance and effectiveness at work, manage negative and positive change, and reach new goals.
Developing ‘coaching at work’ skills and knowledge is an essential part of what makes leaders effective and stand out in today’s diverse and demanding organizations. Coaching does not involve ‘telling’ people what to do and expecting results, which is more about managing and performance. Rather, coaching helps others to take greater responsibility for thinking through their problems, identifying goals, and taking action with a clear sense of ownership and accountability, which involves trust, listening, goal-making, and self-accountability.
Upon completing the program, participants receive ICF (International Coaching Federation) continuing education credit hours and join a growing network of MC professionals who use coaching at work.
