Education and Training

MC faculty and staff participating in events involving minors are required to complete an on-line training on identifying and responding to child abuse. Completion is required prior to interacting with minors.

This training also is required for employees working in certain areas of the College where interaction with minors is likely to occur. Speak to your supervisor or contact the Youth Protection Coordinator if you are unsure if this requirement applies to you.

All employees are welcome to complete the training as part of their professional development.

Once completed, the training requirement has been satisfied for a period of 2-years.
