This training will help you gain hands on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and will help you achieve one of the top IT certifications: the AWS "Certified Solutions Architect Associate" certification. This course is for administrators, solution architects and developers interested in using AWS services, and those interested in becoming AWS network administrators. It also covers introductory information about the AWS solutions architect career path and the associated certifications. Objectives
- Be able to connect to, and support, AWS Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2) Windows and Linux server instances.
- Select, configure, backup and maintain services in the cloud.
- Understand pricing, security.
- Experience configuring a scale able fault-tolerant systems environment.
- Be able to configure and manage the AWS environment.
- Use the command line, SDKs, and templates to use infrastructure as code.
- Use Cloud Formation, Elastic Beanstalk, and Ops Words to automate deployment.
- Use AWS data storage techniques and relational database services.
- Be able to create a Content Delivery Network (CDN).
- Configure DNS services using Route 53.
- Set up and use applications service like Simple Queue Service (SQS), Simple Workflow Service (SWS), Elastic Transcoder, API Gateway and streaming with Kinesis.
