There are many ways to get involved and engage within the Montgomery College Community. MCRPA provides many opportunities to serve. As members, you may serve on standing committees, ad hoc committees, or as leadership. Community Engagement and events
Community Engagement and Events committee plans and promotes events for the social engagement of the membership and facilitates opportunities for membership to engage within the community.
Professional Development
The Professional Development Committee offers college employees opportunities to participate in programs and activities that are crucial to building and maintaining good leadership skills and successful careers.
Membership, Marketing, and Communications
The Membership, Marketing and Communications Committee supports MCRPA by managing our website space, social, and marketing channels. We also facilitate membership services and welcome membership to the rising professionals association.
Committee Meetings
Committee meetings are opened to all MCRPA members. Members who are interested in joining any of the committees are encouraged to attend one of the meetings to get a better understanding of what each committee does.
