In order to take classes at the Refugee Training Center you must first come to testing and orientation. 

  • Information Sessions: Contact the RTC front desk at 240-567-1405 or email us for more information.
  • The Refugee and Asylee ESOL Program Classes are offered Monday-Thursday. Each session is approximately five weeks long and each class is three hours long for a total of 60 hours.  Classrooms are located on the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus, in the Cafritz Building, CF 269A.
