Description

Montgomery College’s Front-End Web Development Certification program trains you to become a Front-End Certified Web Developer based on the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) curriculum. Learn how to build beautiful, interactive websites based on the fundamentals building blocks of mobile-first web design. Learn the advanced technologies being used today to design and develop robust web-based applications. Web technologies taught include HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, JSON, AJAX, and Responsive Web Design (RWD) using the leading HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks. Students who complete certification training develop a portfolio of web-based projects designed, developed, and deployed to a live World Wide Web portfolio of their work

Prerequisites

File Management Skills or equivalent experience; familiarity with the internet and keyboarding skills
