Description

HTML5 & CSS3 ITI421 (face to face) or ITI431 (remote learning)

Learn the basic building blocks of designing and creating websites optimized for modern computers, tablets, and mobile phones using HTML5. Topics include basic HTML5 elements and attributes, including hyperlinks, images, and tables. Advanced techniques to effectively create multiple column layouts using new HTML5 structural elements. Advanced HTML5 Application Programming Interfaces (APS’s) will also be covered.

Prerequisites

Working with Windows, File Management Skills or equivalent experience; familiarity with the internet and keyboarding skills

Objectives

Use HTMl5 & CSS3 to design and create websites for modern computers and tablets
Use new HTMl5 structural elements to create column layout
Design and develop html5 compliant websites using the Dreamweaver IDE
Integrate scripts into web pages using CSS3 media queries
