Description

During Practical Approach, you will learn about project management standards as described in the PMBOK® Guide, 6th Edition. By the end of the class, you will have created your own project plan to guide you through studying and preparing for PMI’s certification exams. This class will also introduce you to software and other tools commonly used by project managers. It provides mandatory classroom hours as well as important preparatory knowledge for the PMP® and CAPM® prep courses. You will create your own customized study plan and at the same time, practice applying the project standards in the current version of the PMBOK® Guide.

Students must attend a minimum of 90% of the course hours to receive a certificate of completion.
