Hold a poster session before and after the Spring Closing Meeting
Broaden recruiting outreach to immigrant and minority communities including Hispanic, African-American, Asian, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA.  Advertise positions in targeted publications, post in relevant social media groups, attend relevant events/conferences with current employee "ambassadors," and delete references to visas.
Create a communication plan for employees and a communication plan for students to disseminate centralized and critical information regarding discrimination, abuse, bias concern reporting, and concern resolution resources.
Reducing DFW rate of students in top 20 enrolled courses by a detailed analysis of data followed by targeted programs.
Post civility norms on digital screens collegewide and promote discussion of civility.  Record welcome video with Equity and Inclusion focus by Dr. Pollard, to be used at new student and employee orientations and/or at opening meetings.
Focus on welcoming students and potential faculty and staff who are here on any type of Visa.  Initiate the "You Are Welcome Here" campaign.
