Montgomery College is using Accudemia!
Accudemia is MCs online resource for making tutoring appointments, meeting with a tutor online, and receiving written feedback through MC's Learning Centers. Personal academic coaching appointments with the Achieving the Promise Academy and coach session logs have also transitioned to Accudemia.

Benefits of Accudemia
Simplified Scheduling
Accudemia makes it easy for students to schedule appointments and meet with their tutors and coaches. It features automated appointment reminders, supports both virtual and in-person services, and is used by all MC Learning Centers and the ATPA program at MC.
Seamless Sign-On through MyMC
Accudemia supports Single Sign-On, so students, faculty, and staff can log into Accudemia using their MyMC username and password without creating a separate account. Accudemia also integrates with Zoom, Outlook, and more, for easy scheduling and hosting of tutoring and coaching sessions.
Customizable User Profiles
Accudemia lets users customize their profiles with pictures, name pronunciations, pronouns, and more.
Enhanced Data and Reporting
Accudemia features in-depth reports on student enrollment, attendance logs, survey results, and more.
Support for Tutors and Coaches
MC Learning Center and Achieving the Promise Academy staff are available to support MC employees who use Accudemia. Please contact your relevant supervisor in those departments for support.
Additional Details
WCOnline has been retired. All services and workflows have been transferred to Accudemia.
