Description
From ice-cream to pies, come learn to make the best part of any meal! Learning how to make cookies from scratch is just the beginning in this exciting camp. Students will learn how to use only natural ingredients to make the most delicious desserts. Monday: Cookies, Tuesday: Ice-cream, mousse, and whipped cream, Wednesday: Breads and rolls, Thursday: Pies, Friday: Cakes. Students will also learn how to make desserts that are dairy-free and gluten-free! Each day, students will work in teams, create a name for their team, and a unique name for the dessert that they will be making. If you are a budding baker who would love to open up their very own bakery one day, this is a great place to start!
