Youth Refund and Transfer Policy
New Summer Youth Transfer and/or Withdrawal Policies!
                        
                        Be advised that there have been substantial changes to our refund policies for withdrawing or transferring students from a Youth Summer Programs course / camp within 21 days of the start date of the class. These Youth refund policies differ from and supercede refund policies for all other non-Youth classes.

                        Youth Programs Withdrawal / Refund Policy:
- Withdrawal from class up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the class - Full Refund
 - Withdrawal from a class less than 21 days prior to the class - No Refund
 - If a class is administratively cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
 
Youth Transfer Policy
- If you need to transfer from one class to another, the Withdrawal/Refund policy timeline applies.
 - if you need to transfer using the new Summer Youth site, you withdraw from one class. And then add the new class to your shopping cart.
 - if you are transferring from a School Year program contact the program area for further instructions.
