How to Register for ELITE Workshops

Employees can use MC Learns through Workday to register for all workshops. Log into MyMC, select the Training and Professional Development tab, and then click on the MC Learns icon. You can view the videos below for complete instructions on how to enroll and how to drop a workshop in MC Learns through Workday.

Please note:  Registration closes on the day of of the workshop, no matter what time the workshop begins.  You cannot register for a workshop after it has begun.

Learning Pathway

Below are the learning pathways offered for FY21. Please see the Employee Professional Development webpage to view flyer for the individual learning pathway.

  • Change Management: The People Side, Communication and Conflict, Communicating Professionally in the Workplace, Customer Service, Effective Committees, Equity and Inclusion, Management, Media and Information Literacies, The Valuable Employee

The Valuable Employee Learning Pathway is a series of 10 online classes. You may take any class independently and if you want to obtain a certificate of learning, you must complete all classes and submit a learning outcome report for each. The report template is posted at the top of the page. No registration is needed; the classes are independent study.
