Learn fundamental IT helpdesk troubleshooting skills to diagnose common technical problems and apply effective solutions. Learn to install and repair damaged operating systems and applications. Learn to troubleshoot OS, application, display, printing, networking, email and security issues. Learn to use a helpdesk ticketing system to document problems and solutions. This training is for students who wish to start a career in IT as Helpdesk Support, Helpdesk Specialists, or Service Desk Technicians.
Prerequisites
Prerequisites: Computer Basics, Working with Windows, File Management Skills, or equivalent experience.
