Montgomery College is excited to now offer a Maryland State
Department of Health approved Community Health Worker
Certification! This certificate combines four Health Science
courses (HLTH 105, HLTH 160, HLTH 225, and HLTH 298) with a
40-hour practicum at Holy Cross Hospital. At completion of this
program, the participants will be awarded a Maryland State
Community Health Worker Certification.

The program is based on the Germantown Campus.
