We offer programs of study leading to degrees that transfer to four-year schools and to degrees and certificates that will prepare students for an exciting career.
We also offer fully online degrees in both business and in information systems.

Biography
Mr. Henley began his tenure on July 1, 2022. Mr. Henley was most recently the senior
director, Information Technology Institute, Workforce Development and Continuing Education
(WDCE) at Montgomery College. In his role as senior director, Mr. Henley mentored
over 70 part-time faculty and staff and managed over 300 courses per year on behalf
of WDCE. In addition, two of his major accomplishments were expanding Montgomery Can
Code by 200% and pivoting quickly to offering nine summer boot camps online at full
capacity.
Prior to joining Montgomery College in 2013, Mr. Henley was an instructor and academic
coordinator at Howard University’s School of Business and the assistant information
technology director for the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Mr. Henley also worked
for AMTRAK as a senior systems developer.
Mr. Henley earned a bachelor of arts in liberal studies from Excelsior College in
Albany, New York, and a master of business administration from Howard University in
Washington, D.C.

Biography
Michelle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Media and Web Technologies from University of Maryland/University College, as well as an A.A. degree in Television and an A.A.S. in Web Design, both from Montgomery College. Michelle started her career at Montgomery College in 2007 as the administrative aide for the Media Arts & Technologies Department. She was promoted to Senior Administrative Aide for the Dean in February of 2018. Previous to MC, she worked in the healthcare field for fifteen years.
