Transfer Partnership Programs
MC students can participate in Transfer Partnership Programs, which give them benefits
before applying to or enrolling at a transfer school. Visit each page to learn about
the program's requirements and deadlines. Not all students will be eligible for each

Maryland Transfer Advantage Program (MTAP) and the Terp Transfer Partnership (TTP)
Thinking of transferring to UMD main campus? Apply to be a member of MTAP and receive benefits such as guaranteed admission, tuition discounting and dual enrollment opportunities.
The TTP program is designed to benefit MC students who plan to transfer to a UMD Bachelor's degree program at the Universities at Shady Grove. TTP students are eligible for admission into one of the USG programs, tuition discounting, dual admission, and early access to academic advising.
Transfer Student Alliance (TSA) and Raptor to Retriever (R2R)
Transfer Student Alliance (TSA) – UMBC offers admission in the TSA Program for students intending to complete a degree at their main campus or USG Campus. Members are allowed to take coursework at UMBC at a 25% reduced UMBC tuition rate while attending MC, and participate in UMBC campus events and activities.
Raptor to Retriever (R2R) - Students interested in transferring to one of UMBC's bachelor's degree programs offered at the Universities at Shady Grove may benefit from R2R, which provides students with an application fee waiver to UMBC, priority orientation and advising, and more.
