Reports and Resources

The Office of Research and Effectiveness routinely collects and reports new data, often in collaboration with other entities so we can see how we compare to similar organizations.

Here are the latest editions of some of the most commonly used reports and resources.

The at-a-glance report provides a summary of key Montgomery College data, including enrollment, budget, employee information and more.

The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) is a system of survey components that collects data from all institutions that provide postsecondary education and are eligible to receive Title IV funding across the United States and other U.S. jurisdictions. The figures in the IPEDS Data Feedback Report (PDF, Get Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader - Link opens in new window) provide a selection of indicators for Montgomery College to compare with a group of similar institutions.

Office of Research and Institutional Effectiveness reports data annually to the State.

This is an annual report of a set of state-defined performance measurements.  The report provides an opportunity for the State, the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC), colleges and universities, and individual governing boards to review and evaluate institutions' efforts to advance the goals of the state and fulfill their missions.

The Toolkit (.xls) is an annual report that contains discipline and program data related to costs, enrollment, completion, and productivity.
