There are various ways students can connect with someone in the Office of Financial Aid.

By Phone

Best for quick financial aid questions that can be answered within 5-10 minutes.


10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday – Friday except Thursday
9 a.m. – 12 p.m., Thursday

When phone is "offline," you may continue to submit questions by email.You can also ask a financial aid question to “Monty” our chat bot.

Best for quick questions about specific and concrete issues.

Available 24/7; response time is typically within two business days

Best for comprehensive financial aid advising needs.

Remote appointments will be provided via web conferencing, phone, and/or email.

Additional instructions will be included in a confirmation message sent to your Montgomery College email account after scheduling.

Please use regular mail to submit your documents to the Financial Aid Office.  DO NOT mail documents using FedEx, UPS, Overnight Delivery or return receipt requested because it will be returned to you.
