Request an MC Transcript

An official transcript is the College’s certified statement of your academic record. The official paper transcript is printed on security sensitive paper and contains the University seal and signature of the University Registrar. The official electronic transcript is a PDF secured by a digital certificate that is displayed at the top of the transcript along with a blue ribbon. For your protection, we will not release an official transcript without your signature.

  • Montgomery College sends transcripts to schools or designated email electronically and by mail.
  • Your transcript reflects all of your credit coursework and is not campus/location specific.
  • If you plan to transfer to another college or university, be sure to request a final transcript once all of your final grades are posted and/or your degree is conferred.
  • Transcripts will not be processed for those with holds placed on their account for financial or other obligations to the College.
